When you use BoppleHeads, we collect the following information: your email address (for order updates), the photo you upload (to generate your 3D model), and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your photo solely to generate your custom BoppleHead 3D model. Your email is used to send order confirmations and shipping updates. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Photo Storage & Deletion
Photos you upload are processed through our AI pipeline and stored temporarily to fulfill your order. Once your BoppleHead has been shipped and delivered, photos are deleted from our systems within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion of your photo at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate BoppleHeads: Stripe for payment processing, Google Cloud (Gemini) for image stylization, and Meshy for 3D model generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We also use Vercel for hosting.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
