Preview Before You Pay

We believe in transparency. You get to preview your 3D BoppleHead model in your browser before making any payment. Rotate it, zoom in, inspect every angle — if you don't love it, you don't pay. You can also re-upload a different photo and try again for free.

After Payment

Because each BoppleHead is a custom-made product crafted specifically for you, we generally cannot offer refunds once production has begun. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Your BoppleHead arrives damaged or broken
  • Your order is lost in shipping and does not arrive within 6 weeks
  • The finished product is significantly different from the approved 3D preview
  • Production error on our end (wrong order, wrong model, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@boppleheads.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if your BoppleHead arrived damaged. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5-7 business days.

Replacements

In many cases, we may offer to remake your BoppleHead instead of issuing a refund. We want to make sure you end up with a BoppleHead you love.
