1. Overview
BoppleHeads provides a custom 3D-printed bobblehead service. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms of service.
2. Orders & Payment
Each custom BoppleHead costs $40 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. You will preview your 3D model before paying — once payment is confirmed, your order enters production.
3. Production & Shipping
Custom BoppleHeads are handcrafted and hand-painted. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks. We ship worldwide. International orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. Shipping is included in the $40 price for domestic orders.
4. Photo Requirements
You must have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your photo for the purpose of creating your BoppleHead. The BoppleHeads brand, website design, and technology are owned by BoppleHeads.
6. Limitation of Liability
BoppleHeads are handcrafted products and may have minor variations from the 3D preview. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee a perfect match. Our total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of $40.
7. Changes to Terms
